PETER ALDEN

"Thank you, THANKYOUVERYMUCH!"

     Peter Alden is the reason that you're reading this. No, seriously. We are all here because of his idea to have a podcast where we discussed all the cool things that we loved in our childhood. Although Peter teamed up with Pete Gould to create the show you all know and love, the initial idea was his brainchild!

     For over 30 years, Peter entertained audiences around the world perfoming as the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley with Legends In Concert, as well as his own rockabilly bands "Crown Electric Company" and "The Corvairs". He released several CDs (That are still available to purchase in our store) and was basically exactly the kind of person who you wanted to be your best friend.

     Growing up listening to classic radio serials, reading comic books, and watching his favorite Superheroes on TV and the silver screen, Peter always found inspiration in those stories. He always credited shows like "SHAZAM" and Captain Marvel (John Davey) in particular, for helping to reinforce the lessons he learned at home of how to be a good person and to always treat others with respect and dignity.

     Peter passed away on September 25th, 2021 leaving us all too soon at the tender age of 55. Although he is no longer with us, his memory lives on here at The Adventures Of... Podcast.
